Sir, 
      I intend to draw your attention to the fact that-------------------- Hospital the only Government Hospital in the town but now its on the cats and dogs room. Doctors rarely come to attend the patients.Most of the hospital staff ever including the doctors and very rude to patients and their relatives.X-Ray,E.C.G machines are out of order.Most of the time the blood is not available in the Blood bank of the hospital.Patients one laying on the floor.
                         I therefore,request you necessary steps to take and oblige you.
